Our Exterior Check services is a visual property and home inspection without entering the structure itself. This service covers the following items:
Property Security
- Check for evidence of forced entry or vandalism
- Ensure front of house is uncluttered from garbage, debris and any foreign materials.
- Confirm that all outside doors and all windows/screens are closed and undamaged
- Check all walls, fences and gates; check that all gates are properly positioned/locked
- Visually inspect any problems on property (excludes roof, gutters, balconies and terraces)
- Replace defective light bulbs in outside areas (if easily accessible)
Yard and Patio
- Check that your landscaping company carried out the agreed work
- Check for rodents and insect infestation
- Check garden and patio furniture, umbrellas, storage boxes, ...etc.
Property Activity
- Visually check for undesirable neighbor activities, such as usage of hoses, trespassing and debris from remodeling or building projects
- Collect mail, advertising, door hangers, etc. and take to a determined location inside your home
- Check for any kind of damage or irregularity
Pool and other Water
- Visually inspect pool, pool equipment and spa are being maintained according to your service provider
- Ensure outdoor faucets and hose connections are turned off or on according to request
- Check for signs of mold and mildew
- Check for undesired water intrusion
